Event Diary 
Vikings return 14 Apr 2006
Location:At Tower Road Primary School For the third year running we have had another Viking invasion. Duncan and Drogo our Viking visitors returned to take Year 5 childeren back to the 9th century. The events held in the Sports Hall and outside on the field covered Viking sagas, runes, clothing, warfare and cutoms. They brought with them many artefacts which could be passed around and handled by children. An enjoyable and informative day. Some children also entered into the spirit of the day by also dressing the part!
